Rory Van Loo is a Professor of Law and Michaels Faculty Research Scholar at Boston University School of Law. His research focuses on regulatory frameworks for consumer-facing businesses, particularly in the context of technological, market, and social shifts. He is a graduate of Pomona College (BA, magna cum laude ), Harvard Law School (JD, magna cum laude ), and Yale University (PhD, with distinction ).
