Leonardo David Glasserman Morales is an Associate Professor in the Department of Education at the School of Humanities and Education and Research Professor in the Educational Technology Unit - Research Lab in the Institute for the Future of Education at Tecnologico de Monterrey. He serves as faculty for the Ph.D. in Educational Innovation, the Master's in Educational Technology, and the Master's in Educational Entrepreneurship programs. His educational background includes a PhD in Educational Innovation, a Master's Degree in eCommerce, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, all from Tecnologico de Monterrey. He is a member of the Mexican National System of Researchers (SNII), the Mexican Council of Educational Research (COMIE), the American Psychological Association (APA), the American Educational Research Association (AERA) and the World Education Research Association (WERA. Dr. Glasserman Morales' research focuses on digitization in education, equity and diversity initiatives through open educational resources (OER), and integration of emerging technologies in training environments. His work has significantly impacted the development of inclusive, accessible and innovative educational models. He actively participates in teacher training projects to foster advanced digital competencies across various educational delivery formats. His recent publications demonstrate a strong focus on complex thinking development, digital competencies assessment, educational technology integration, and social entrepreneurship in education. Current work explores AI's impact on higher education, gender digital divide issues, and digital security for educational contexts.
