Dr. Beáta Dvorská serves as Assistant Professor at the Department of General Psychology within the Faculty of Psychology at Paneuropean University (PEVŠ) in Bratislava. She holds multiple leadership roles including Chairwoman of the Academic Senate of the Faculty of Political Science at the Slovak University of Applied Sciences, study advisor, and coordinator of the University of the 3rd Age program. Her research focuses on social and organizational psychology with emphasis on multicultural tolerance, school psychology, and socio-emotional health. Key areas include social atmosphere dynamics in educational and workplace settings, stress coping mechanisms, family systems, and multicultural inclusion strategies.
