Ty Triston Dickerson is a Clinical Professor of Pediatrics and Adjunct Assistant Professor of Public Health at the University of Utah School of Medicine. He practices as a pediatric hospitalist at Primary Children’s Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah, where he provides clinical care and educates medical students and residents. His research focuses on community-based maternal & child health in resource-poor settings , with extensive work in rural Ghana and Tibet. He has authored or co-authored 15 peer-reviewed articles and contributed to abstracts and programs in global health and pediatric medicine . He directs the Graduate Certificate in Global Medicine and co-directs the Ghana Global Health Learning Abroad Program , integrating clinical pediatrics and global health education across institutions.
