Erla Mariela Morales Morgado is a Research Professor at the Department of Didactics, Organization and Research Methods, School of Education and Tourism in Ávila, University of Salamanca. Her career spans roles as a PhD in Education (2008), coordinator of the Early Childhood Education Degree at Ávila campus, and director of the Recognized Research Group MITA (Multiculturalism, Innovation, and Applied Technologies). The 15 most recent articles highlight her expertise in leveraging Learning Objects for STEM education, improving metacognitive processes through ICT, and standardizing metadata for educational repositories like GREDOS.
