Dr. Sandra Andraszewicz is a behavioral and cognitive scientist affiliated with ETH Zurich as a Lecturer at the Chair of Cognitive Science within the Department of Humanities, Social and Political Sciences . She also serves as a lecturer at the Center for Economic Psychology of the University of Basel , a co-Principal Investigator for the Future Resilient Systems Programme at the Singapore-ETH Centre , and a Behavioral Science Expert for the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency . Her research focuses on decision-making in complex environments such as digital spaces, financial systems, and business contexts. She aims to enhance human resilience by integrating behavioral science with policymaking. Sandra holds an interdisciplinary Bachelor’s degree in Science and Social Science from the University of Utrecht , a Master’s degree in Cognitive Science in Informatics from the University of Edinburgh , a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Mathematics from AHG Technical University in Cracow , and a PhD in Economic Psychology from the University of Basel . She has conducted research at institutions such as the University of Amsterdam , the California Institute of Technology , and CREATE in Singapore. She actively contributes to academic governance at ETH Zurich and reviews for behavioral science journals and grant organizations like the Swiss National Foundation (SNF) and National Center for Research (NCN) . Additionally, she co-founded the SAGT alumni association in Poland and explores the intersection of culture, economics, and behavior through global travel projects.
