Andy Hargreaves is an internationally recognized scholar and advisor in education, holding dual roles as Adjunct Professor at Boston College and Visiting Professor at the University of Ottawa. He advises governments including Ontario, Scotland, and New Brunswick on educational policy and system reform. His work focuses on leadership, well-being, student engagement, and systemic educational change. Hargreaves co-leads the ARC Education Project and founded CHENINE, a Canadian research initiative advancing pedagogical innovation.
