Her EX-PED-LAB leadership and "PedPod" podcast initiative facilitate knowledge exchange among global ECEC researchers through dialogic formats. She actively participates in the KINDknow Centre's Work Package on Families, Generations and Belonging and the "Barnehagen som (ut)danningsarena" research group, examining systemic approaches to diversity and sustainability in Norwegian kindergarten practices through collaborative research frameworks.
