Nozomu Togawa is a Professor at Waseda University's Faculty of Science and Engineering, School of Fundamental Science and Engineering, specializing in Computer Science. He has held this position since 2009 and also serves as Chief Scientific Officer (CSO) of Quanmatic Inc. since 2022. With a PhD in Engineering from Waseda University (1997), his academic journey includes positions at Waseda University and the University of Kitakyushu before his current professorship.
