Dr. Juan Carlos De Luna Ducoing is a Research Fellow at the University of Surrey, specializing in advanced wireless communication systems with a focus on MIMO (Multiple-Input Multiple-Output) technologies. His work integrates neuromorphic computing, quantum annealing, and non-linear processing to enhance the efficiency and scalability of next-generation wireless networks.
