Nicholas Theodorakopoulos is a Professor of Entrepreneurship Development at the School of Economics, Administration & Computer Science of Neapolis University Pafos, Cyprus. Previously, he held roles as Professor of Entrepreneurship Development and Associate Dean (International) at Aston Business School, UK, and led the Work and Organisation Department there. He was also Academic Deputy Director of the Goldman Sachs ‘10,000 Small Businesses’ programme at Aston University. His research focuses on strategic entrepreneurship, learning & development, change management, innovation, and diversity & inclusion. He has secured funding from the European Commission, Economic & Social Research Council, and other bodies to study entrepreneurship across sectors. His work has been published in journals like the British Journal of Management , Human Resource Management , and Technovation . He is a Visiting Professor at institutions in India, Italy, France, and Greece, and an elected member of the European Academy of Sciences and Arts. His industry engagement spans private, public, and third sectors globally, emphasizing practical impact through academic partnerships. Notable collaborations include the European Commission-funded projects and advisory roles with UK Trade and Investment. His work bridges academia and industry, focusing on entrepreneurial ecosystems and organizational learning.
