Magnus Madsen is an Associate Professor at the Department of Computer Science, Aarhus University. He specializes in programming language design, compilers, and type and effect systems, and is the lead developer of the Flix programming language. His research focuses on advancing static analysis techniques and declarative language constructs for effectful and data-driven programming.
