Philipp Schmidt-Dengler is University Professor of Economics at the University of Vienna and Vice-Dean of its Faculty of Business, Economics and Statistics. He is also Research Affiliate of the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR) and Research Fellow of the Mannheim Centre for Competition and Innovation (MaCCI), among other international affiliations.
