George C. Alexandropoulos George C. Alexandropoulos is an Associate Professor at the Department of Informatics and Telecommunications, School of Sciences, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA). He also holds an adjunct professorship at the University of Illinois Chicago. His research focuses on wireless communication systems, signal processing, and reconfigurable intelligent surfaces (RIS), with contributions to integrated sensing and communications (ISAC), millimeter-wave/THz systems, and distributed machine learning. His research emphasizes practical implementations, such as prototypes for AoA estimation and field trials for RIS deployment.
