Marcelin Joanis is a Full Professor in the Department of Mathematics and Industrial Engineering at Polytechnique Montréal, where he applies his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Toronto to critical issues in public infrastructure and economic policy. His research bridges economics, engineering, and public policy to address practical challenges in infrastructure financing, governance, and sustainable development.
