Zouhaier M'CHIRGUI is an Associate Professor in the Department of Accounting, Finance and Economics at KEDGE Business School, where he has held a doctorate in economics since 2009. He teaches strategy and accounting courses to business students at the institution.
His research focuses extensively on entrepreneurship, innovation, the Internet, acquisitions-mergers, strategic alliances, and strategies in knowledge-based industries. Dr. M'CHIRGUI's scholarly work examines how business incubators support startup growth, university technology commercialization processes, and the dynamics of mergers and acquisitions with particular attention to information asymmetry issues.
