Zoey Durmic

Zoey Durmic is a Research Fellow at the University of Western Australia (UWA), affiliated with the School of Agriculture and Environment and the Institute of Agriculture. She holds a DVM from the University of Belgrade, an M.Vet.Sc. in Colicines in Animal Gut, and a PhD from Murdoch University focusing on nutritional control of Swine Dysentery. Her work aligns with UN Sustainable Development Goals, particularly addressing climate action and sustainable agriculture.

Her research interests center on animal microbiology, rumen manipulation, methane mitigation in livestock, and the application of plant secondary compounds.
