Zoe Rutherford is an Adjunct Associate Professor at the School of Public Health, The University of Queensland, and serves as Head of the Mental Health Evaluation Research Stream at the Queensland Centre for Mental Health Research (QCMHR). Her work focuses on mental health services evaluation, health policy analysis, and population-level mental health outcomes. She is affiliated with the QCMHR Business Unit Management Committee and Mental Health Evaluation Research Stream Staff.
Her research interests include:
- Mental health service delivery and evaluation

- Epidemiological studies in mental health
