Zixiao Ma is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at SUNY Binghamton University. His research focuses on control theory, machine learning, and their applications in power systems, particularly inverter-based resources, microgrids, and load modeling. He holds a PhD from Iowa State University (2023) and was a Distinguished Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Washington (2023-2024).
