Dr. Ziwen Wang is a postdoctoral researcher and faculty member at the University of Oxford's Faculty of Linguistics, Philology and Phonetics, affiliated with the Romance Linguistics department. He holds a British Academy International Fellowship and leads a BA-funded project on the diachrony of genus alternans in Romance languages. His research focuses on nominal morphology, grammatical gender-number interactions, and historical linguistics in Ibero-Romance varieties.
Education: B.A. in Spanish Studies from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies (China), M.A. and Ph.D. in Spanish Philology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (Spain).
