Ziga Cizman

Ziga Cizman, MD, MPH is an Assistant Professor in Interventional Radiology at the University of Utah School of Medicine and a Huntsman Cancer Institute (HCI) affiliate. His clinical focus spans minimally invasive cancer treatments for liver, lung, bone, and soft tissue metastases, alongside specialized work in Desmoid tumors, prostate artery embolization, and transplant interventions for renal/liver patients, as well as portal hypertension management. He pioneered wrist-artery access techniques to enhance patient comfort and recovery speed.
