Zhuo Feng

Zhuo Feng is Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Stevens Institute of Technology, directing the HUDSON Lab and holding a Ph.D. from Texas A&M University.

His research develops spectral graph methods for VLSI design, including circuit simulation, power grid verification, and machine learning applications. Funded by NSF CAREER and multiple grants, his work has produced award-winning algorithms like GRASS for graph sparsification.

Recent publications focus on spectral methods for circuit stability analysis, physics-informed neural networks, and explainable AI frameworks. He teaches graduate courses in VLSI design and GPU programming while co-founding LeapLinear Solutions.
