Dr Zhiwei Sun is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, University of Adelaide. He specializes in advanced experimental methods for combustion and multiphase flows (e.g., particle-laden flows, fluidized beds, bubble flows), utilizing optical/laser-based diagnostics with high spatial-temporal resolution. His research intersects with artificial intelligence (AI), computational fluid dynamics (CFD), and renewable thermal energy (hydrogen, solar thermal, biomass).
