Zhilin Guo is a PhD student in the Department of Computer Science and Technology at the University of Cambridge, associated with the Core Lab and supervised by Prof. Cengiz Öztireli. His research focuses on AI algorithms for high-fidelity 3D scene understanding, reconstruction, and editing, driven by a passion for enabling machines to interpret and recreate the real world.
His academic background includes a Master's degree in Computer Science from Columbia University, where he worked on spatial-temporal 3D hand pose estimation for Parkinson's Disease evaluation under Prof. Zhiguo Cao and Prof. Yang Xiao. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Boston University, where his foundation in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence was established.
