Zhao Chen

Zhao Chen is Professor of Public Health at the University of Arizona's College of Public Health, where she also serves as Associate Dean for Research. She holds affiliated appointments in the School of Anthropology and maintains affiliations with the Arizona Cancer Center, Arizona Center on Aging, Arizona Arthritis Center, and Bio5 Institute.

Her research focuses on epidemiologic studies of women's health and aging-related conditions, including body composition assessment, osteoporosis prevention, fracture risk in cancer survivors, and sarcopenia measurements across diverse ethnic populations.
