Zhang Yanhua is an Associate Professor and Master Tutor at the School of Public Affairs, Zhejiang University. She serves as Deputy-Director of the Information Resource Management Research Center and Deputy-Dean of the Department. Her research focuses on digital governance, government information and data management, and ICT policy, particularly examining innovative uses of information and communication technologies in Chinese government reforms through interdisciplinary perspectives.
