Zeyuan Qiu is a Professor of Environmental Science and Policy at New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), affiliated with the College of Science and Liberal Arts. He holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from the University of Missouri-Columbia (1996), an M.S. in Land Management from Renmin University of China (1989), and a B.S. in Land Use Planning from Central China Agricultural University (1986).
His research focuses on environmental economics, water resources management, and the application of GIS in environmental policy. Notable achievements include awards for distinguished research and contributions to water resource protection and GIS integration in environmental planning.
