Zeyneb KILIÇ is an Assistant Professor at Adıyaman University's Faculty of Engineering, Department of Civil Engineering, specializing in Hydraulics and Civil Engineering. Her academic journey includes a PhD from Firat University (2016-2020) and MSc and BSc degrees from Firat University's Civil Engineering Department. She holds memberships in the Chamber of Civil Engineers and serves on the editorial board of the Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam Journal of Engineering.
Her research focuses on hydraulic structures, piano key weirs, dam safety, and water resources management. She has published extensively in international journals and conferences, with notable work on the hydraulic characteristics of trapezoidal piano key weirs and the impact of climate change on dams. Dr. KILIÇ teaches courses including Hydrology, Fluid Mechanics, and Water Resources Engineering. She has secured research grants from TÜBİTAK and collaborates with institutions in Malaysia and Pakistan. Her projects include studies on dam safety and surge flow gate evaluations. She actively participates in international conferences and contributes to initiatives like the Center of Excellence in Water Resources Engineering.
