Zbigniew Domagalski serves as a Lecturer in the Department of Film Art Organization at The National Film School in Łódź. He is also the Director of the Documentary and Feature Film Studio in Warsaw since 2021 and co-founder of Kalejdoskop Film Studio, operating since 1988.
Domagalski earned degrees from the University of Warsaw in Management (1978) and Journalism (1987). His professional career spans over three decades in the Polish film industry, with extensive experience in both documentary and feature film production.
His expertise focuses on film production management, with notable contributions across multiple formats including feature films, documentaries, television series, and educational film projects. As an educator, he bridges practical industry experience with academic instruction at Poland's premier film institution.
Domagalski has held significant leadership positions, including Vice President of the National Chamber of Audiovisual Producers (KIPA) from 2022-2025. He remains active in the Polish Filmmakers Association and is a member of the Polish Film Academy, demonstrating ongoing engagement with both the creative and administrative aspects of the film industry.
