Zacharie ALES is a Professor at ENSTA Paris within the Applied Mathematics Unit (UMA), holding a HDR (Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches). He is also part of the OC team at the CEDRIC laboratory. Previously, he served as a Maître de Conférences (Associate Professor) at the University of Avignon (2015-2017). His research focuses on optimization, operations research, and their intersections with artificial intelligence, including robust optimization, polyhedral methods, and classification tree models. He has developed AutoExpe.jl, a Julia package for automating numerical experiments.
