His research focuses on high-heat flux cooling and supercritical CO2 systems, specializing in experimental testing of components under extreme thermal conditions. He operates the Oxford Laser Heating Facility and contributes to cutting-edge thermal management solutions for aerospace and energy applications.
Dr. Jackson is affiliated with the Heat Transfer and Cooling research group and collaborates with Professor Peter Ireland. His work addresses critical challenges in thermal engineering through experimental design and validation of advanced cooling technologies.
