ZHU Ruichao

ZHU Ruichao is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Accounting, Control and Legal Affairs at NEOMA Business School. He holds a Ph.D. in Accounting from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (2024). His research focuses on corporate ESG disclosure, FinTech innovations, and auditing practices. Teaching areas include financial and management accounting.

Key research contributions examine audit quality’s impact on firm innovation in China, pay gap effects on performance, media’s role in corporate lobbying, and military leadership’s influence on philanthropy. His work has been presented at AAA and EAA conferences.
