Yvonne Rueckert

Yvonne Rueckert is a Senior Lecturer in International Employment Relations at the University of Portsmouth's Faculty of Business & Law, School of Organisations, Systems and People. She previously held positions at the University of Bradford Management School and other institutions across Germany, Spain, and Ireland. Her research focuses on international comparative employment relations, global union strategies, multinational corporations, and the governance of labour standards. Rueckert holds a PhD from Friedrich Ebert Stiftung and has contributed to prominent academic associations like BUIRA's Executive Committee since 2019. Her work intersects with UN Sustainable Development Goals related to decent work and economic growth.
