Yves Bühler

Dr. Yves Bühler is a leading researcher at the Swiss Federal Institute for Forest, Snow and Landscape Research (WSL), heading the Alpine Remote Sensing group within the Alpine Environment and Natural Hazards unit. His work focuses on remote sensing applications for snow and avalanche research, rock-ice avalanches, and alpine mass movement monitoring using drones, SAR satellites, and machine learning.
