Yvan Avenas

Yvan Avenas is a Lecturer at the Department of Computer Science, Electronics, and Electrical Engineering, Grenoble Institute of Technology. His research focuses on power electronics, thermal management of semiconductor devices, and advanced packaging techniques including 3D integration and ferrofluid cooling.
