YungAh Lee, MD, is a Clinical Instructor of Medicine in the Department of Geriatric Medicine at Yale School of Medicine. She specializes in improving care for complex homebound patients through her role in the Yale New Haven Health Northeast Medical Group Geriatric Home-Based Primary Care. Since 2021, she has served as a local champion for the National Home-Based Primary Care Learning Network, driving quality improvement initiatives.
