Yumi Lim

Dr. Yumi Lim serves as an Associate Professor within the Department of Agriculture, Culinology and Hospitality Management at the School of Agriculture, Southwest Minnesota State University. She holds dual affiliations with the Culinology Program and Hospitality Management Program, reflecting her interdisciplinary academic focus.
