Yukie Sato

Yukie Sato is a Guest researcher (PhD) and Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) fellow at the Graduate School of East Asian Studies (GEAS), Freie Universität Berlin (March–September 2023). Her research focuses on Cold War East Asia and U.S. diplomacy, specifically examining the Carter Administration's human rights policies toward South Korea and Taiwan. She is affiliated with the Department of Political Science at Waseda University, Japan.
