Yujie CAI serves as Full Professor in Management at SKEMA Business School, China, specializing in Ethics in management, Digital technology and AI in business, Knowledge Management, Leadership and career management, and Multidisciplinary Research. She is actively affiliated with the SKEMA Center for Sustainability Studies in Suzhou and maintains research connections with Swansea University and Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University.
Her academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Management from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University (2011), Bachelor's degree in Information Management from Southeast University (2006), Certificate in Learning and Teaching from University of Liverpool (2014), and Fulbright Researcher status at Cornell University (2010). Her academic career trajectory shows progressive advancement from Assistant Professor at XJTLU (2011-2014), to Assistant Professor at Swansea University (2014-2020), Associate Professor at SKEMA (2021-2024), and current Full Professor position since 2025.
Professor CAI's research program demonstrates consistent focus on workplace dynamics in Chinese contexts, with increasing attention to digital transformation and sustainability.
