His research examines representations of the "other" in modern Chinese literature through works by female authors like Can Xue, Lin Bai, and Chen Ran. He analyzes how metaphorical "others" (animals, objects, abstract concepts) reflect self-identity development and power dynamics between "I" and "other" in literary contexts.
His publications include studies on Lin Bai's narrative evolution, Chen Ran's feminist literary legacy, and CEFR-compliant language pedagogy approaches. He has presented at conferences on translated literature, thesis development, and metaphorical analysis in contemporary writing.
Currently investigating metaphorical imagery in contemporary Chinese women's literature, he combines intertextual analysis with intercultural mediation frameworks, focusing on how female authors negotiate personal and collective identities within historical and globalized contexts.
As a contractual teacher at the University of Artois and Professor at Jilin Food Institute, he bridges language pedagogy with advanced literary critique, emphasizing cultural negotiation in both domains.
