Yuan Liao

Yuan Liao is a Professor of Economics at Rutgers University, affiliated with the Department of Economics within the School of Arts and Sciences. His research focuses on econometrics, particularly at the intersection of financial econometrics and statistics. He holds a Ph.D. in Statistics from Northwestern University (2010). Prior to Rutgers, he served as an Assistant Professor of Statistics at the University of Maryland (2012-2016) and worked as a postdoctoral associate at Princeton University (2010-2012).
