Yu Tian

Yu Tian is an Associate Professor of Accounting in the Kenneth G. Dixon School of Accounting at the University of Central Florida's College of Business. She teaches cost accounting and intermediate accounting while conducting research on organizational control systems and behavioral aspects of accounting. Note: The attached Google Scholar publications appear unrelated to accounting and may represent research by another scholar with the same name.

Research Focus: Dr. Tian's stated research examines the design and effects of formal and informal organizational control systems on individual behavior, performance evaluations, and decision-making processes across public, private, and nonprofit sectors.
