Youqin Pan is a Professor in the Department of Marketing and Decision Sciences at Salem State University. With a Ph.D. in Management Science from the University of North Texas and multiple Master’s degrees in Information Technology, Economics Research, and Political Economics, Pan specializes in data analytics, supply chain management, and sustainable business practices. In Spring 2026, Pan will teach ODS 355 - Business Analytics and ODS 370 - Data Mining, both integral to the Business Analytics Certificate Program.

Scientific accolades include the McNamara Faculty Excellence Award in Research (2018) and a Best Paper Award (2014). Pan has secured multiple grants, including the 2024–2025 Strategic Planning Large Grant ($25,000) and Project ACES Course Redesign ($30,000, 2016–2019).
