Dr. Younghee Kim is a Professor at Southern Oregon University, teaching in the online MSEd Leadership in Early Childhood Education program. With 23 years of experience, she emphasizes culturally responsive practices and compassionate leadership in education.
Research Interests: Her scholarship focuses on actualizing leadership potential through servant leadership models and sustaining inclusive learning environments. Publications include peer-reviewed articles and edited books on wisdom-centered education.
