Younggy Kim

Dr. Younggy Kim is a Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at McMaster University, specializing in sustainable wastewater treatment and resource recovery. His research focuses on biological wastewater treatment, nutrient recovery, and bioelectrochemical systems. He holds the Canada Research Chair Tier II in Water and Health. Dr. Kim teaches courses such as Biological Aspects of Wastewater Engineering and Advanced Water and Wastewater Treatment Processes.
