Youlin Geng is a Full Professor at the Institute of Antennas and Microwaves, Hangzhou Dianzi University. He holds a PhD in Electronic Science and Technology from Xidian University (2006), an M.Sc. in Electromagnetic Field and Microwave Techniques from China Research Institute of Radiowave Propagation (1992), and a BS in Physics from Fuyang Normal College (1992). His career spans over three decades, including roles as Assistant Engineer, Engineer, and Senior Engineer at the China Research Institute of Radiowave Propagation (1992–2002) before joining Hangzhou Dianzi University in 2002.
