Yonatan Mintz

Yonatan Mintz is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. His research focuses on applying machine learning and automated decision-making to healthcare and sociotechnical systems, emphasizing fairness, precision interventions, and optimization. Prior to UW-Madison, he was a postdoctoral research fellow at Georgia Tech, and earned his BS from Georgia Tech (2012) and PhD from UC Berkeley (2018). He has industry experience at Caterpillar and Google.
