Yona Rubinstein

Prof. Yona Rubinstein is a Professor of Managerial Economics and Strategy at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), serving as Deputy Head of Department for Faculty Development. He holds a PhD in Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, with prior academic roles at Brown University, University of Chicago, and the Eitan Berglas School of Economics. His research spans entrepreneurship, labor market discrimination, earnings inequalities, international trade, and the economics of fear. Notable contributions include studies on ethnic name discrimination, gender wage gaps, and trade partner dynamics. Rubinstein has published in top journals like the Quarterly Journal of Economics and American Economic Review, and serves as a Research Fellow at IZA and Research Affiliate at the Center for Economic Policy Research.
