Yolanda Bustos Moreno

Yolanda Bustos Moreno is a Full Professor in the Department of Civil Law at the University of Alicante (UA), holding three six-year research periods. She serves as Vice President (Aeronautics) of the Spanish Association of Aeronautical and Space Law (AEDAE) and leads the UAS Automation White Paper section at the PAE. Her research focuses on civil liability, artificial intelligence, drones, vulnerable groups, and teaching innovation.

She has received awards for legal innovation and was recognized as one of the 16 most influential women in Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) by eVTOL Insight (2024). Her editorial roles include advisory and evaluation boards for indexed journals. She has taught at international institutions like the University of Osnabrück and participated in European projects such as U-ELCOME.
