Yingge Zhou

Yingge Zhou is an Assistant Professor at the School of Systems Science and Industrial Engineering, Binghamton University. He holds a PhD (2020) and MS (2016) in Industrial Engineering from Texas Tech University, and a BS (2014) in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration from Xiangtan University, China.

His research focuses on biomedical manufacturing, additive manufacturing, and tissue engineering, specifically developing biomimetic 3D nanofiber scaffolds and nanoporous microtubes for biomedical applications. He pioneered work on integrating silver nanoparticles and microcurrents for antimicrobial membranes, and has authored over 20 peer-reviewed articles.
